Mabel Craig
Singer Songwriter Composer

About Me
Mabel Craig is a singer/songwriter from Kansas City who writes and composes for piano, guitar, voice, choir, string instruments, and more.

Her original pieces have been performed by local musicians in venues around Kansas City, and Mabel has performed her music around the country, at venues including the Delta Fair (Memphis, TN), Cohutta Songfest (Cohutta, GA), Sheryl Crow Hall at the University of Missouri, and the Red Room at Berklee College of Music. She's also enjoyed watching local elementary schools perform her original choir pieces.

A seasoned musician, Mabel has been playing the piano since she was four years old and singing for as long as she can remember. She's a two-time All-State singer and the recipient of the Outstanding Young Musician award from the Mid-America Music Association. She also picked up her grandpa's old guitar a couple years ago and has been working on it daily ever since!

Since she was very young, Mabel has been deeply involved in helping her community. She currently runs an organization called Music Making Memories, which brings nostalgic music performances to residents of memory-care and senior-care homes. She also volunteers her time at a children's therapy center, working with a music therapist to help kids ages 3-16.

Along with her love for music, Mabel grew up a competitive swimmer and big fan of buttered noodles. She has two miniature schnauzers, Betsy and Dot, who can often be heard in the background of her recordings.
